All software, source code, designs, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and trademarks associated with Pricism are and shall remain the exclusive property of Pricism Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary source code of Pricism.

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your confidential monitoring targets, custom workflow definitions, and the proprietary business analyses you generate from the service.

4. Third-Party Trademarks & Retailer Data

Any third-party company names, logos, trademarks, and retailer brands displayed or referenced on this website or within monitor configurations are the property of their respective trademark owners. Reference to any third-party products, services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, or retailer does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Pricism.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Pricism to:

• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or deliberately overload destination web servers.
• Circumvent legal restrictions, violate privacy laws, or gather unauthorized personal data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Pricism infrastructure or API.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Pricism platform capabilities without explicit written authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Pricism Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
